Return Policy

At Topknotch Styles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:
  • Contact us at topknotch6styles@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  1. Inspection and Approval:

If approved, you will be getting credited in 3-4 business days.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Return Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are only provided for full-priced items that meet the return eligibility criteria (see above).
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at topknotch6styles@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.
  • If replacement or exchange is approved, we will take 5-7 business days to deliver your replacement or exchange product.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
